SEO Strategy
SEO built around what your business actually sells
Most SEO underperforms because it optimises for traffic instead of customers. We start from your commercial goals, work back to the searches that lead there, and build the technical, content and authority work needed to compete for them.
A single roadmap instead of disconnected tactics
Search visibility comes from three things working together: a site search engines can crawl and understand, pages that genuinely answer what people are searching for, and enough external authority for those pages to compete. Treating any one of them as a standalone project is why a lot of SEO spend produces very little.
We run all three from one roadmap, sequenced so that early work compounds rather than gets redone. Technical foundations first, then the content that has a realistic path to ranking, then the authority building that makes competitive terms winnable.
You get a plan you can interrogate — why these keywords, why this page order, why this link target — rather than a monthly invoice attached to a list of tasks.
What's included
What seo services covers
Keyword & opportunity research
Mapping the searches that lead to revenue, sized by realistic difficulty rather than headline volume, and grouped into pages worth building.
Competitor analysis
Who currently ranks, what they have that you do not, and where the gaps are wide enough to be worth attacking first.
On-page optimisation
Titles, headings, internal linking, page structure and content depth aligned to search intent on the pages that matter commercially.
Technical foundations
Crawling, indexing, site architecture and performance issues identified and prioritised by actual impact on visibility.
Content strategy
What to write, in what order, and how each piece supports the pages that are meant to convert.
Authority building
A link acquisition plan proportionate to the competitiveness of the terms you are targeting.
How we work
How a campaign runs
The same five stages apply whichever service you start with. Only the emphasis changes.
- 01
Discover
We start with your business, not your website. Which products actually make money, who you compete with in the results pages, and what a useful outcome looks like in twelve months.
- 02
Audit
A full read of the site: technical health, indexation, content coverage, keyword opportunity, and an honest look at your backlink profile alongside your closest competitors.
- 03
Strategise
The audit becomes a roadmap. Which pages to build or fix, which keywords justify the effort, and where link acquisition will move the needle rather than just add volume.
- 04
Build
Execution: on-page and technical fixes, content production, outreach, and placements. You see what is being built and why, as it happens.
- 05
Measure
Rankings, organic traffic, referring domains and the pages actually earning visibility. Reporting says what changed, what it means, and what happens next month.
The difference
How this differs from the usual approach
| Common approach | RankForge | |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword selection | Chosen by search volume | Chosen by commercial intent and realistic difficulty |
| Reporting | Rankings screenshot, tasks completed | What changed, what it means, what happens next |
| Link acquisition | Volume targets per month | Relevance-led, sized to the terms being targeted |
| Who does the work | Rotating account managers | The founder, directly involved in your campaign |
FAQ
SEO Services questions
How long before SEO produces results?
It depends on your starting authority, competition and how much of the groundwork already exists. Technical fixes can show effects within weeks; competitive commercial rankings usually take several months of consistent work. Anyone promising a fixed timeline has not looked at your site yet.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings are decided by Google against competitors who are also investing. What we commit to is a defensible strategy, transparent execution and honest reporting on what is and is not working.
Do you work with businesses outside Malaysia?
Yes. The agency is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and runs campaigns for clients targeting Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the UK and the US, among other markets.
Do I need content as well as links?
In almost all cases, yes. Links raise the ceiling on what a page can rank for, but a page still has to deserve the position on relevance. Spending only on links against thin content tends to plateau quickly.
What happens if the strategy is not working?
We say so and change it. Campaigns are reviewed against the metrics agreed at the start, and a month where something did not move gets reported as clearly as a month where it did.
