What we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact or quote form we collect your name, email address, and any of the following you choose to provide: company name, phone or WhatsApp number, website URL, industry, target country and language, budget range, target pages, target keywords, competitor websites, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. No analytics cookies are set before you accept, and advertising storage remains disabled.
We also process your IP address transiently to rate-limit form submissions. It is hashed rather than stored in readable form, and is not retained beyond the rate-limiting window.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To send an acknowledgement confirming your enquiry was received.
- To protect the forms from automated abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — only with your consent.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider. Analytics data, where consented, is processed by Google. We do not share enquiry details with any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required for accounting or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
- You can decline analytics cookies, and change that decision at any time by clearing site data.
- You can ask what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can opt out of the acknowledgement email by replying to it.

Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics consent decision in your browser so you are not asked repeatedly. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all.
