How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within one business day. Enquiries that include the website URL and target market get a more useful reply, because we can look before responding.

What happens after I submit the form?

Kavin reviews your site and market, then comes back with an initial read on the opportunity and what an engagement would realistically involve. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say that instead of writing a proposal anyway.

Is the initial strategy conversation really free?

Yes. It is a scoping conversation, not a full audit — but you will get a genuine assessment rather than a sales script.
